Some questions from an amateur!

I have downloaded the latest version of drop things and loaded the solution in VS2008.

  1. I am running SQL Server 2005 - do I need to create a database for dropthings before I run the provided SQL for SQL Server 2005? I used the 2005 SQL to create the tables but it created them in the master.  Any steps to set it up properly on a local machine?
  2. Does it work ok with IE6?  I got a javascript error when I finally ran default.aspx.
  3. Does silverlight need to be installed for this to work properly?
  4. Are there any charting type widgets to read from databases, or anything like Dials or gauges to create a dashboard? If not, is it possible to create one for example using the MS Chart add in?

Thanks for any help!

to create  your tables in another Database, use below command at the top f your script

"use DATABASENAME", e.g: "use portal"

and you have to install "Silverlight 3 Developer Runtime" also MSCHART.exe
