running the project in VS 2008 error

Mar 4, 2008 at 4:40 PM
I just got the project dated Feb. 17 (build 9681? I think) and get the following error when I launch it:

"A project with an Output Type of Class Library cannot be started directly.
In order to debug this project, add an executable project to this solution which references the library project. Set the executable project as the startup project."

What does that mean exactly ?

Nevermind... I found it on one last try.
1) Set the dropthing/trunk to the startup project
2) set the default.aspx in that folder as the startup page.
Then it tries to run.

But then I get and exception thrown in the IsFirstVisit function in the UserProfile.cs module?

"An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)"

I am running SQL 2005 and the service is up?
Now what am I missing?
Eric.

BTW: Thank you Omar for a great project and a great book!!

Nevermind. I found it.
2 connections had to change.
The web.config and app.config both have connection strings.
I set them both like this:
Data Source=localhost\sqlexpress;Initial Catalog=Dashboard;Integrated Security=SSPI
